Refund policy

In the case of ready-made items, the CLIENT may request an exchange of the product within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in perfect condition, without any signs of use.

1.1.1. After this period, the exchange may be analyzed at the discretion of the CONTRACTOR and, if approved, may be carried out upon payment of a fee corresponding to 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the item, as operational costs.

1.1.2. Exchanges will not be permitted for items that have been altered, adjusted or modified in any way after purchase.

If it is necessary to send the item to the CLIENT after its completion, the shipping cost will be charged.

Clarifications and general conditions

The CONTRACTOR works with a completely handcrafted clothing manufacturing process, therefore small variations in color are normal in this process.

The CONTRACTOR is not responsible for the perfect fit of the Garment on the CLIENT's body or on third parties, as the case may be, in garments for which at least two fittings have not been carried out, and will not perform structural repairs on these garments after delivery, except with a prior quote and approval from the CLIENT.

All fittings must be carried out in the store. Non-structural repairs and adjustments may only be carried out with a prior assessment and scheduling.

Structural alterations to the Garment will not be carried out by the CONTRACTOR after delivery of the product; only adjustments to the hem, straps, and waist will be made by the brand.
