Shipping policy

Once you complete your purchase, an order confirmation email will be sent, but this does not mean that the order has been validated. There is a period of up to 48 business hours for the analysis sector to receive payment approval and for the brand to confirm stock. From from that moment the delivery time starts to count.

If a problem is encountered during the processing of your order, we will contact you by phone or email, and if necessary, we will ask for more information.

Delivery time varies depending on the origin of the order and also the address provided by you for receipt. If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 30 days of the date your order was shipped.
